ingredients.
A.W.Lashford & Son – Hall Green, Birmingham. Est.
1889.
Famous for their award winning sausages, over 155 awards since
1980 they also supply us with their
faggots, made to a closely guarded family recipe.
Barry The Butcher – Stratford upon Avon. Est. 1980.
Main supplier of meat & poultry, from fully traceable
local & regional sources; prime Hereford beef (dry aged
21 days), free range Oxford pork, local Cotswold lamb &
traditionally reared Shropshire
chicken.
Fowlers Forest Dairies – Forest Farm, Earlswood.
They have been making cheese since 1690. The oldest Family
of cheese makers in Britain, they make all their own Cheddar
and Derby cheeses including their own Forest Blue, in addition,
they are also suppliers of a wide range of quality British
cheeses.
Henley Ice Cream – Henley in Arden. Est. 1934.
Originally known as Tudor Dairies, Henley Ice Cream has operated
from a famous 16th century building in Henley in Arden since
the early 1930’s this family run business supplies more
than 40
flavours of locally made ice cream.
A. M. Baileys – Stratford upon Avon. Est. 1926.
An independently family owned business supplying fresh fruit
and vegetables
Worcester Produce – Pershore. Est. 1912
Established in the heart of Worcester, the 3rd generation
business has been operating for over 100 years. Suppliers
of fruit, vegetables, diary and bakery.
Truffles Chocolatier – Stratford on Avon. Est. 1995.
Suppliers of fine quality handmade chocolates and belgium’s
famous Leonidas chocolates.
Tudor Sea Foods – Wholesale Fish Market, Birmingham.
Est. 1989.
Trading from the market for fifteen years, proprietor Grant
originally hails from Grimsby where his father also traded
in fish. His fish is sourced from the British ports of Newlyn,
Brixham, Aberdeen,
Peterhead and of course Grimsby.

Suppliers of Movenpick ice cream, petis pois and Scampi.
Cheese Cellar – Broomhall, Worcester. Est 1987
Supplier of fine cheeses, diary and speciality produce.
Fresh Olive Company – Est. 1991
Suppliers of a unique range of premium quality, authentic
ingredients for over 21 years.
Wests Bakery – Wellsbourne, Warwickshire. Est. 1910.
Makers of traditionally crafted and baked fresh bread and
pastries.
During appropriate periods of the year we also buy direct
from local farms, such as Richard & Phillipa Bluck at
Western Farm, 1 mile from us. Being fortunate enough to have
a number of farms of
this nature in close proximity, we use them as much as we
can for seasonal supply.
