Apart from the Beef, local sources of supply are always used when available. Fowlers Forest Dairies - Forest Farm, Earlswood The oldest family of cheese makers in Britain, they make all their own Cheddar and Derby cheeses including their own Forest Blue. In addition they are also suppliers of a wide range of quality British cheeses. Hay Way Farm Dairy - Willersey, nr.
