Leave the potatoes in their skins and cook in boiling
water for 10
minutes so that they are still firm. Drain and peel. Grate
the potatoes into a bowl and mix with half the herbs. Hash Cake
Creme Brulee To make the Brulee first. Whisk together the
egg yolks and sugar. Then in a saucepan mix the cream
and split vanilla pod, and bring to the boil. Add this
to the egg mix and stir well. Pour though a fine strainer
to remove the vanilla pod, and then into 4 ramekins.
Thai Green Monkfish Curry For the sauce sweat the onions in a pan till
lightly coloured and soft. Add the Thai paste and cook
for a few minutes. Add the coconut milk, stock, lime juice,
sugar and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the chopped
coriander and season to taste. more>>
